Dashboard

These guides cover the everyday work in the tese.io web dashboard: finding your way around, recording activity data, reviewing and approving it, and managing files, people and notifications. They are written for sustainability managers, facility managers, data contributors and approvers.

Some features depend on your role, your organisation's plan or add-ons. If a guide describes something you can't see, it may not be enabled for your organisation — ask your organisation admin or your tese.io contact.

• Signing in: sign in with email, Google or Microsoft, reset your password, use verification codes and accept an invitation.

• Getting around and switching organisation: the sidebar, the top bar, page search and moving between organisations.

• The Home page: what Home shows, the workspace setup guide and your shortcuts.

• Locations, areas and financial years: add facilities and sites, draw land areas and set up reporting periods.

• Finding and managing activities: find what you need to fill in, use list views, assign people and set reviewers and reminders.

• Entering activity data: add entries, save and delete drafts, attach evidence and publish or submit for review.
